The program focuses on training climbing techniques from basic to advanced levels, alongside developing physical foundations and key muscle groups to improve strength, endurance, flexibility, and body control.
Beyond overcoming the fear of heights, the climbing course helps you break personal limitations, develop a positive mindset, confidence, and perseverance — core elements for long-term progress in climbing.

Nguyen Ngoc Hai Yen – SEA Games 2025 sport climbing athlete.
Achievements: 6 medals in national competitions.
6 years of indoor climbing experience.
Participated in most climbing disciplines:
– Indoor bouldering
– Indoor lead climbing
– Outdoor rock climbing in Vietnam
& SEA countries
PROGRAM
Each training cycle lasts 10 weeks.
– First 5 weeks – Climbing technique: technical foundations from basic to advanced.
– 2 weeks – Strength: develop arm, shoulder, back, core muscles, and grip strength.
– 2 weeks – Endurance: train continuous climbing ability and breathing control.
– 1 week – Integration & evaluation: assess physical fitness and technical foundation compared to the initial assessment.
OUTCOMES
Students climb consistently at V0–V3 level.
Overall strength improves compared to the initial assessment.
