MeFIT was created to:
- 💪 Inspire beginners to start their sports and fitness journey
- 🧗 Connect the climbing community in Ho Chi Minh City and expats
- 🎓 🎓 Share knowledge and deliver safety-focused workshops
- 🌍 🌍 Expand experiences through team building, training courses, and outdoor climbing trips
My mission is to bring climbing closer to everyone by creating a space where people feel welcomed, safe, and motivated to grow.
WORKSHOP
A beginner-friendly experience, limited to a maximum of 14 participants, designed to help you overcome fear of heights, fear of falling, and the feeling of “not knowing where to start.”
This is the perfect introduction to step into the world of climbing in a safe, fun, and energetic way.
